Healthy outlets for kids in foster care to express their anger

Published
I appreciate the Pinterest-worthy calm-down corners, but sometimes it isn't realistic or helpful for every child. Deep breaths, stretching, and talking about how you feel is healthy and can work for some kids, others may need healthy outlets to release their anger and frustration.

Here are some ideas to help support a child who may be angry. As always, get professional support from a therapist or worker to help support a child in your care. I do not provide professional advice :)

Please drop into the comments how you support kids in your home!
